Beyond the Programme: Reflections that Inspire Action

The closing ceremony of the ITC/TVTO Iran Training Capacity Programme marked the meaningful conclusion of an intensive week-long training programme that began on 15 December, spanning Singapore, UTHM Johor, and Kuala Lumpur. It drew the curtain on a journey defined by learning, collaboration, and shared aspirations. Designed as a session of reflection and forward planning, the ceremony provided a valuable platform for delegates to share their key reflections and present their 90-day action plans, outlining concrete steps they will undertake upon returning to their respective countries.

The Capacity Development Programme for TVET Managers kicked off on December 15, 2025. We are delighted to welcome senior managers from the Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) and the Iran Instructor Training Centre (ITC) to the first day of this strategic initiative.

This programme is a joint effort organized by UTHM, UNESCO-UNEVOC UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for TVET and UNESCO Tehran Office with support from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA)

During the visit to Paris, the UNESCO Chair UTHM delegation also took the opportunity to engage with several UNESCO Chair holders based in the city. Among those met were Prof. Elyas Jouini, UNESCO Chair on Women and Science from University Paris Dauphine–PSL, represented by Ms. Aida Hamdi.
